About Leaky Fresh:
Born and raised in Manchester UK, DJ Leaky Fresh started his Djing interest around 1978 when he was going out to the nightclubs in Manchester.
Leaky Fresh was so obsessed with music that he would spend most of wages on buying records every week without fail. After a while he decided to form what would probably be one of manchester’s first soul & funk sound system called ”Sounds 4”, playing in Youth Clubs, House Parties, The Manchester Carnival and Blues & House Parties around Manchester.
“Sounds 4” split up after 3 years and joined forces with DJ Owen D’ who was running things on the south of Manchester at that time, together they formed the “The Master Jam MD’s” in 1981.
In 1990 Leaky Fresh entered the Dicso Mix Club Championships, he went on to become a UK and European Finalist. He travelled to various countries including Spain, Jersey, Scotland, Greece and Hong Kong Djing and performing mix demonstrations with DJ Owen D.
Through out his career Leaky worked on various Soul and R&B shows throughout Manchester including, Sunset Radio, Galaxy 102 FM and Key 103.
Leaky Fresh plays and has a vast music collection ranging from 70’s and 80’s Disco Funk, Contemporary Jazz / Funk Fusion, Hip Hop from day one, 1990’s Contemporary R&B, Original Chicago House and Garage music from the beginning,before most of London and the ‘Hacienda’ thought it was trendy.
Leaky says he can’t stand DJ’s that plays safe all night and never tries to break new records to the crowd regardless of the Music genre.

Mid 1980’s and the whole of the 1990’s.

About Mistress De Funk
After living in ibiza for 2 years in 2005 and 2006, Mistress returned to England to a Sankeys residency and a slot on the highly coveted BBC Radio One’s In New Djs We Trust show. This was a show Mistress ran for a year, and spent the next 6 years touring the world, and making music.
Starting up her own record label Peep Show Records added to her box of tricks. Slowing down with touring has seen a return to radio for Mistress who brings her highly eclectic musical knowledge to Unity’s daytime schedule.

DJ Josh Bull AKA JosheeBee is a young, fresh, energetic DJ who takes the party with him wherever he goes and never fails to get the club bouncing.
Manchester born and bred, Josh prides himself as the city’s favourite student DJ and after graduating from Salford University at Media City with a BSc Honours Degree in 2012 he continues to evolve in the world of music.
His passion and inspiration towards DJing has seen him work alongside some of the UK’s biggest names in the most elite venues up and down the country.
Confident and versatile, Josh’s technical skills and his ability to interact with any audience has made him stand out from the crowd.

About B.I.Z.Z.Y. B:
A club dj/radio presenter in Manchester for over 20 years. Bizzy started his radio career as a pirate dj on a variety of stations in Manchester including Frontline Radio in the late 80′s. This was followed by a stint on Manchester’s Kiss 102.
Bizzy has deejayed at clubs all over the country (including a 2 year monthly residency at the legendary Hacienda).
Bizzy currently promotes and is resident dj for OLDSKOOL THROWBACK, one of Manchester’s most popular Old Skool Soul, R&B and Reggae nights
