‘Marka’ is undoubtedly the most requested & supported track to come from the Manchester Bass Music Scene for the New Year. This is a groundbreaking record built around the roots of Drum & Bass, however producers Dub Phizix & Skeptical have managed to defy genres with this future classic as its received heavy support from DJ’s across the whole Urban Music spectrum. Strategy (Of Broke N £nglish) also switches up his style to deliver a new unforgettable flow which grabs your attention from the very start. Marka is available now on exit records.

Previous Record of the week is the biggest tune about right now! The ground shaking Earthquake by Labrinth ft Tinie Tempah.
Labrinth made his debut appearance on the UK chart in March 2010, when his collaboration with Tinie Tempah, “Pass Out” reached number-one.
His first solo single, entitled “Let the Sun Shine” was released in September 2010 and reached number three.
Now he’s back with his second single “Earthquake” again featuring Tinie Tempah. Taken from his up coming debut album this track is massive. The track speaks for itself and is just what Unity Radio 92.8fm is all about with a massive beat and a smooth bass line plus party style lyrics to hype up any crowd.
Labrinth is the one to watch this year and into 2012 and so deserves Unity Radio 92.8fm’s Record of the week.
Labrinth’s latest also gets the Remix treatment with a hybrid version by Eyes, a House mix by Gareth Wyn, a Dubstep mix by Noisia and a squelching, glitchy breaks mix by Street Policy! All getting Unity Radio 92.8fm support in the daytime and evening. Watch out for the StarOne remix too.
An interview done with DJ Stylus will be aired out on Friday 28th October across our daytime shows. Tune in or miss out. You can now hear
